How does the NitriCorr process work?

The CUBEWELD system module is thoroughly cleaned and degreased. During nitrocarburizing in a furnace at around 580°C, the steel is saturated with nitrogen and sulfide, forming a uniform layer. Finally, slow cooling – carefully controlled temperature reduction prevents stress, ensuring the welding table retains its factory-flat surface.
